Why are icecreams such a treat for kids? What is it that makes them so desireable? Is it the sweetness, or the coldness or the fact that they come in a cone and make a lot of mess? For our kids, I think a large part of why icecreams are so exciting is because they only get them about once or twice a year.
The fact that this particular icecream treat was at night time made it extra exciting, and also because Uncle Ian was there. I wonder if there are there any children who don't like icecreams?
